Below are my Terms of Services (ToS) and I highly encourage that you acknowledge them before continuing with the Commission process.

General

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I view it as problematic or if due to unforeseen circumstances I can't draw what you wish for.

  • It is by default that I will publish the commissioned artwork to my social media accounts + portfolio unless I am informed not to.

  • My responding time once contacted should be no more than 24hrs

  • NO CANCELLATIONS once I have shown the first thumbnail sketch (which marks the start of the commission)

Will:

- Mecha
- Anthro/Furry
- Humans
- Suggestive
- Blood/non-graphic violence
- Experimental perspectives
- Experimental artstyles

Won't:

- NSFW (penetration, bodily fluids)
- Minors in any sort of sense
- Hateful content
- Immoral/Discriminatory imagery
- Use of any sort of AI/repurposing of AI generated images

Payments

  • I prefer that my method of payment be through Payoneer.

  • If it is possible from your end, I have the option for bank transfers

  • Unless discussed otherwise, I cannot accept gift cards/robux/nitro as payment.

  • I will not take any form of cryptocurrency as payment.

Good to know

  • You will pay 50% of the payment in the first stage and the rest of the payment after the commission is complete

  • You are only obligated to ready the first half of the payment once I have shown the thumbnail sketch for the commission

  • I will definitely keep you updated on the progress!

  • The usual deadline period for the full is 1 month

  • If you have given me the proper details on the piece you want me to work on, I can produce the final sketch within a week.

  • You may need to be a maximum of 60% of the price if you would need it to be completed in a shorter period of time (Taking into account that I have university work which will play a role in deciding if I will be able to or not)

Usage Policy

  • The prices listed in my commission sheet are for PERSONAL USE ONLY

  • Please discuss with me whether or not you are going to use my artwork commercially;

  • If COMMERCIAL USE: you are obligated to pay 200% the original cost or opt for me recieving 10% of the profit earned from the product.

  • You CAN NOT take credit for my artwork.

  • You are not allowed to post on social media networks unless my watermark is clearly visible and I am mentioned in the captions.

  • I do NOT CONSENT to my artwork being fed to Generative AI models/Neural networks

  • You may NOT reproduce my artwork in any way unless an agreement is made.

  • You may NOT trace over or edit my artwork in any sort of sense.

  • You will receive the final product via google drive link or gmail once you make the final payment
